The Firm, with Cristiano Caumont Caimi, will participate in the webinar “La riforma del contenzioso tributario: punti di forza e criticità”, organized by AmCham Italy on tax litigation reform. The webinar, that will be held on October 10 at 9:30 a.m. as part of the “Virtual Breakfast & Tax” cycle, aims to illustrate the main changes in tax litigation, both in relation to the new methods of recruiting judges of first and second instance and to the changes in procedural rules. Expected benefits of the reform will be highlighted, but also critical and unresolved issues, as well as concerns related to the timing of implementation of the new system.
