The Firm assisted Nextalia SGR, on behalf of the Nextalia Private Equity Fund, in relation to the tax aspects of the acquisition of Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione, an Intesa Sanpaolo company focused on training activities aimed at the professional growth of Intesa Sanpaolo Group employees as well as companies and the territory.

The acquisition is part of a broader project involving the creation of DIGIT’ED, a new leader in training and digital learning, and its positioning as an aggregator of the best entities operating in the learning sector.

Marcello Valenti, Fabrizio Colombo and Ira Shiku, provided assistance in relation to the tax aspects of the transaction, while Matteo Porqueddu examined the tax aspects related to the financing of the operation.
