The Firm, with a team composed of Lorenzo Piccardi, Matteo Porqueddu and Mattia Merati, advised Kedrion on the tax aspects of a senior secured bond issue of 410 million euro, with notes listed on Euronext Dublin, and a multi-currency bank loan, composed of various credit lines of a term and revolving nature for a further 240 million euro.

Kedrion is an international company that collects and fractionates human plasma in order to produce and distribute plasma-derived therapeutic products for use in the treatment of diseases, disorders and serious conditions such as haemophilia and immune system deficiencies.
