The Firm, with its team composed of Lorenzo Piccardi, Matteo Porqueddu and Ira Shiku, advised Enel on the tax aspects relating to the granting of a “Sustainability-Linked” revolving credit line to Enel and its subsidiary Enel Finance International N.V., for an amount of 10 billion euro, with a maturity of five years. This is the largest “Sustainability-Linked” financing in the world to date.
