The Firm, with a team composed of Giulio Tremonti, Laura Gualtieri, Niccolò Masotti and Giulio Tombesi, assisted B.F. S.p.A. with the tax profiles connected to the subscription of a dedicated capital injection of € 61 million in Consorzi Agrari d’Italia S.r.l. (CAI).

The operation aims to create the first fully integrated national entity (CAI) that combines the vision, competence and ability to enhance products in BF’s strategic supply chains, with sales networks for farmers of agrarian consortia.
