The Firm’s team composed of partner Antonio Vitali and associate Niccolò Masotti assisted the Banca Sella Group in defining the fiscal aspects related to the process of setting up its VAT Group regime, as well as in preparing the rules that will govern the relationships between the group companies in accordance with the regime.

As is already known, the VAT Group is a considerably complex regime that was recently introduced in Italy. The Banca Sella Group, with the assistance of the Firm, is one of the first groups in Italy to have opted into the regime (which will come into effect starting from 1 January 2019).
