Firm advises on acquisition of “Bovisa Tech”, the European hub for Chinese innovation
The Firm’s team, composed of partner Laura Gualtieri and Senior Associate Giovanni Aprile, advised TUS-Holding Co. Ltd on the tax aspects of the acquisition of the real estate complex named “Bovisa Tech”.
The aforementioned real estate complex, that covers an area of approximately 23,000m2, will become the headquarters of the European hub for innovation of Tsinghua University, Beijing.
In further detail, TUS-Holdings, Tsinghua University’s technical services provider, completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Tararossa Srl – the owner of the complex – from Investbiz and Cogifer Due, companies that created the various real estate units.
The TusStar group is the largest incubator in the world, with a global turnover of more than eight billion euro and profits in excess of one and a half billion.
