The closing of the transaction concerning the sale of the real estate complex located in Milan on Via Darwin, bordered by the Segantini street, Borsi street and Pichi street, and consisting of 15 buildings and 273 parking spaces, has taken place.

Brioschi Sviluppo Immobiliare, Camabo and Antirion SGR, the management company of the Megatrends Italia fund, have signed the final contract of sale through which Brioschi e Camabo sold the real estate complex in question, to the Megatrends Italia fund.

The Firm’s team – composed of partner Fabrizio Colombo and senior associate Fabrizio Cancelliere – advised Brioschi e Camabo on the tax aspects of the transaction.
