Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati advised ‘Banca Popolare di Vicenza’ on the tax aspects of the Settlement Offer announced by the Bank today, with regard to compensation proposed to shareholders for sums paid for the purchase of shares. In particular, the Firm analysed the tax implications for those shareholders who would accept the offer, and for the Bank, devising a solution that would be positive for all those involved.
