Unicredit Business Integrated Solutions has finalised the sale of its card processing activities in Italy, Germany and Austria to SIA, for a total consideration of 500 million euro in cash (equal to approximately 12 times the EBITDA).

Chiomenti acted for SIA as legal advisor, whilst Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati advised on the tax aspects with their team composed of Fabrizio Colombo, Antonio Vitali and Stefania Trezzini. Ernst & Young acted as financial advisor to SIA. DLA Piper acted as legal advisor to UBIS. PWC and HSBC provided assistance to UBIS in their capacity as financial advisors. Busani Ridella Mannella (notary public office) handled the notarial aspects of the sale.
