Gatti Pavesi Bianchi, BonelliErede, Chiomenti, Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli, Legance, Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi and Foglia Cisternino were the firms involved in the transaction, that on 20th July last, saw the consortium composed of Antin Infrastructure Partners, Icamap and Borletti Group complete its purchase of 100% of the shares of ‘Grandi Stazioni Retail’ (GS Retail) from ‘Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane’ (Italian National Rail) and ‘Eurostazioni’.

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi and BonelliErede advised the buyers, while Chiomenti advised the pool of lending banks.

Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi advised on Eurostazioni’s tax considerations resulting from the transaction, with a team composed of Enrico Vitali and Marco Emma.
