Global law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP, with offices in the most prominent financial centers as part of its international configuration, and Tremonti Romagnoli Piccardi e Associati, a leading Italian firm founded by professor and practicing attorney Giulio Tremonti offering a full range of tax advice, today announced the establishment of a “best-friend” cooperation agreement to advise Italian and international clients on their most complex legal and tax matters on a global and integrated basis.

The two firms, which have already worked jointly on various complex and high-profile transactions for important corporate and financial institution clients, are strengthening and deepening their collaboration by forming a “best-friends” cooperation to jointly present their respective service offering.
